Do you ship internationally?

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer expedited shipping options:

  • DHL Express delivery which is available for $45.95 and FREE for orders above $150
  • Fedex Express and Economy which is available for $45.95 and FREE for orders above $150
  • UPS which is available for $45.95 and FREE for orders above $150

What is the dispatch time?

Every simple order is of primary importance for us thus we react responsively. We promise to dispatch all orders within 2-7  business days after payment is processed.

Is it possible to change delivery address?

Unfortunately, shipping address cannot be changed or modified once order is dispatched. However, if an order has not been marked as ‘Shipped’, please get in touch with our support team by email at , so we can help you further. Please note, in case of package failed to deliver or was refused, order would be returned to us.

I did not receive my order and it is past the estimated delivery window, what should I do?

On rare occasions, due to transit delays and other factors outside of our control (e.g., weather delays, remote locations you want items to be shipped), orders may take longer to arrive. If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time window, please note that shipments can sometimes suffer unexpected delays and kindly allow additional time for the delivery.

Do I have to pay custom fees when buying from you?

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. All fees imposed during or after shipping internationally are the responsibility of the customer, please contact your local customs office for further information.

What should I do if delivered item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

In case the products are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days upon delivery. Please attach pictures showing the issue and send us an email including your order number and we will be sure to assist.

I would like to return the product because it is no longer needed. What should I do?

You can return your item back to us within 3 days of delivery for a free exchange or full refund in its original, unused condition.

I need to exchange my item. What is the process of doing so?

Orders are eligible for returns or exchanges within 3 days upon delivery. Items must be unused, with original packaging, and 100% intact.

  • Please contact us providing return reason and quantity of products you would like to return/exchange and we will provide instructions along with the return address.
  • Once return is complete, we carefully inspect the items and exchange the products or provide a refund using original method of payment.
  • If returned items would arrive damaged, without original packaging or have signs of use, we reserve the rights not to refund or exchange the products. In case the products are returned without our authorization we also reserve the right to refuse the return.

I have received incorrect, damaged or defective product. What should I do?

Due to some unfortunate events, damages or mishaps may sometimes occur and we are sorry about that. Please take a picture of the package and items you received (it will help us to determine the issue) and send us an email at support@menhealth.shpp including your order number and we will be sure to assist.

When do I have to cover return costs?

In case the products are simply no longer needed or does not fit for intended use, the return shipping costs would be a responsibility of buyer.
